The issue seems to have been caused by an upstream networking issue. All systems appear to be back online and we continue monitoring the situation.
We are investigating increased latencies with the API.
We have made adjustments to our infrastructure and all delayed messages have been processed. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Our system is experiencing processing delays. No data has been lost, and the system should be caught up shortly.
